Cards of Cheer for Culpepper Garden Older Adults
Help celebrate the legacy of the MLK Day of Service by creating a card, letter, or artwork that will be given to an older adult at nearby Culpepper Garden Senior Apartment community. Create a card, letter and artwork with a cheerful message at home and drop it off in the parish office now through January 24. Not artistic? You can also donate candy and masks (fabric or N95). These will all be combined with an adult coloring book and pencils to create a “Cheer package”—a supportive service for Culpepper Garden’s low income residents who are experiencing social isolation while staying safe during the recent Covid outbreak.
