Praising God through singing and offerings of instrumental music is an integral and regular part of communal worship at St. Michael's. A large portion of the music we sing and share on Sundays are hymns from The Episcopal Church's hymnals and music resources in particular The Hymnal 1982 and Wonder, Love, and Praise. 

During the school year between Labor Day and Pentecost, St. Michael's Choir regularly vests and sings at the 9:30 AM Sunday service. The Choir is voluntary mostly composed of parishioners with additional support from professional singers. 

Rehearsals are once a week on a weekday night. One Sunday a month, parishioners and others discerning an interest in the Choir are specially invited to join a casual pick-up choir to rehearse and sing selected anthems.
