Lent: Forgive

Throughout the season of Lent, we will focus on forgiveness in various aspects of our communal and personal spiritual practices. The story and resulting Litany of Reconciliation from Coventry Cathedral will be our collective starting point.
Please see below for a variety of formation opportunities for all ages available throughout the Lenten season.
Sanctuary Open House for Individual Prayer
Mondays, 6 PM – 8 PM
Tuesdays, 12 PM – 3 PM
Begins February 22 and concludes March 23. Please note: Only two family units will be allowed in the sanctuary at a time to maintain appropriate distancing requirements. Masks must be worn at all times. We will admit people into the sanctuary on a first come, first serve basis in twenty-minute intervals, as demands require. Please enter through the office doors. Know that you may have a short wait before time is available in the sanctuary.
For Families with Children
Weekly video lessons will be available on Sunday morning that accompany our Lenten curriculum: Reflections on the Heart. Devotions, activities, and coloring pages for the whole family are included in our Lent at Home kit. (Please contact the office if you were unable to pick up these resources.)
Lenten Podcast: Forgiveness
During Lent, we will focus on forgiveness, and praying the Litany of Reconciliation from Coventry Cathedral in England. Though a cornerstone of our faith, forgiveness seems to be one of the things we most take for granted about our commitment as disciples of Jesus. On Wednesdays, weekly throughout the season of Lent, tune into the St. Michael’s podcast as The Rev. Beth Franklin wades into deep water with colleagues from across the Episcopal Church.
The podcast may be found on Spotify (linked above) or Apple podcasts.
Native American Stations of the Cross
These images will be available on the church lawn and virtually February 21 through Holy Week.
