Holy Week
April 2, Palm Sunday, 9:30 AM, in person and online
Liturgy of the Palms and reading of the Passion with The Rev. Dr. Lee Hill, Canon for Racial Justice and Healing, preaching. The service will begin in the Memorial Garden with the Procession of the Palms.
*All who are wanting to take part in ringing of the bells for the procession are invited to meet in the choir room at 9 AM.
April 5, Holy Wednesday Service Project
Throughout Lent our sister congregation, Lomax AME Zion Church, has been focused on devotion to worship and community service. All are welcome to join Lomax for an opportunity to serve neighbors through Bridges to Independence. We will pack and deliver tote bags with needed items for seniors. Please gather at Lomax, 2704 24th Rd. South, to work alongside Lomax parishioners at 10 AM on Wednesday.

Vigil with the Reserve Sacrament
The practice of keeping watch with our Lord can be traced to Christ’s appeal to His disciples in the garden of Gethsemane on the eve of the crucifixion, “Could you watch one hour with me?” By signing up to keep an hour of vigil with the Blessed Sacrament on the Altar of Repose, we can answer Jesus with an emphatic “yes.” Please sign up here to take a shift of the overnight Vigil.
