Register Now for Sacred Ground Dialogue Circles
Last January, over 30 St. Michael’s parishioners took part in Sacred Ground Dialogue Circles, which we found to be transformative on so many levels. Sacred Ground is a sensitive, prayerful resource that creates space for difficult but respectful and transformative dialogue on race and racism, holding at its center a vision of Beloved Community—where all of God’s children are honored, protected, nurtured and flourish. Beginning in February, there are local and virtual opportunities to participate in a Dialogue Circle, with flexibility for varying schedule needs. The registration link for upcoming Sacred Ground Circles through The Diocese of Virginia may be found here. Registration to circles through Virginia Theological Seminary may be found here. If you are interested in learning more about the program, contact the Rev. Dr. J. Lee Hill, Jr., diocesan Missioner for Racial Justice and Healing.
